WELCOME!     This is the website for Irish actor Hugh Lehane.

Before moving to London, England a few months ago Hugh spent the previous 8 years studying as an actor in Los Angeles. While in California Hugh booked Lead Roles in feature films, TV and Voice Over projects.

Since arriving in the UK Hugh has hit the ground running signing with an agent, booking commercials, TV gigs, a role in an exciting new feature film (about to hit the international film festival circuit) and the Lead Role in a Comedy Pilot. 


At the Arte Non Stop International Film Festival (Argentina) Hugh was nominated for Best Actor in the award winning feature film, 'Gothic Assassins Redux'. Hugh co-stars in this SCI-FI film series with Stephen Bauer (Scarface, Traffic, Breaking Bad). See clips from the first Gothic Assassins movie below...

Hugh has 4 other feature film projects that are all currently available to buy on DVD & rent on VOD, Netflix, Amazon etc. He's Lead Villain 'The Flea' in the superhero movies 'Antboy' and 'Antboy 2: Revenge Of The Red Fury' (both films had a US & International theatrical release). AND in the animated feature films 'Caroline and The Magic Potion' (where Hugh voices three characters) and '3 Little Pigs & The Magic Lamp' with Hugh voicing the Lead role of the 'Wolf King'.


ON TV Hugh had a lead role in the crime drama 'Murder Book' playing a real life serial killer and he can be seen in the hilarious espionage action/comedy 'Get Spy' playing Billionaire scientist Randolph McEntire (aka Poseidon). He has also appeared on numerous other TV shows including FOX SPORTS show PHENOMS and 'Homicide Hunter'.

In movie news 'Antboy' (which was distributed by Cinedigm) was featured in articles in Variety Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter. The L.A. Times said "Antboy packs power into a pint-sized superhero tale."

And 'Gothic Assassins', was described by the Toronto International Film Festival as "A brilliant film ahead of its time."  Hugh's Best Actor Nomination (see below) came for the sequel 'Gothic Assassins: Redux'.
